The story begins on the road… As former truck drivers, the two brothers traveled across the country and were intrigued by the booming popularity of the spicy chicken sandwich. Although many restaurants offered different styles, Nashville Hot Chicken stood out from the rest.

After a long search for the perfect Nashville hot chicken sandwich, the brothers decided to bring it home and perfect the sandwich themselves.

After several attempts, they finally developed a unique spice combination that satisfied their cravings. Excited about their signature recipe they shared it with family and friends. Receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback, brothers were inspired to share the sandwich with others and that is how Chicks 500° was born!
